First, the special edition I was given is stunning. I love the little easter eggs (look at the inside of the jacket!).

To the book:

The banter was adorable. It's a mid range in terms of how dark I would categorize it. I loved the romance, and the plot twist at the end twisted. I didn't see it coming. The spice was spicy. I'd say it shouldn't be your fist dark romance read, but it's a good book to explore dark romance further.

I promise next go around I’ll take better notes, I didn’t want to mark up my pretty copy.
